racing in the dark was really my first time in tpjc.

oh yucks. we were last for 4 by 100m in sph relay. 2nd runner thigh cramp. we didnt expect to lag behind soooooo much. after sph, we went lala on the train from yio chu kang back to tampines. i'm sooo tired! tmr got 800m and 4 by 400m.

"i got this. i got that."

never-ending excuses.

i don feel like running either. my right hip is pulling me down. but i don think thats a good reason to back off from a team event. is just too impt. we're talking about 4 medals, a team spirit and accountability to 3 other runners. sorry. i'm dead serious when it comes to competition. is no joking matter. is a discipline thing. if u're a leader, u better do smth about it. a leader without discipline is as good as a blind leader. and ur fruits can be reflected in ur followers.

if u have another competition, i'll give u my support. if u have butteflies, hoho. just let the team down then. up to u girls.

if u didnt turn up for this week's service, hahahas. too bad!
cos pastor tan preached smth really interesting about 'ambivalence'.

First of all, a big thank to God for great strength.

Secondly, thank you my friends for non-stop motivation.

Thirdy, thank you my competitors.

basically, i was really nervous.

but i just kept praying to calm myself down.

somehow i rmber what pastor chee kiang has said:

if u want to know whether God is with u, set an impossible goal and achieve it.

and yeah, i know when i'm weak, God will be there to strengthen me.

well, that wasnt really our focus.

but we didnt wan to be sore losers.

so went ahead with the run.

ok. tmr is 1500m n 4 by 100m. i have no mood to run any of the events tmr. simply becos, i'm so burned out. old injury is haunting back for me. not just the races that are tiring me out, but the disappoinment upon disappointment is really weighing me down. true enough, i'm a lethargic and old horse. bet on me if u dare. my body seriously needs some physical rests. not now. but very soon. at least i wanna keep this very promise to the doc n to myself that i won put so much pressure on my body like in the past again. eadelin! u can do it.

today, i've learnt that..not all the times u can play around with the rules.
somehow there is a sense of apology in me to know 'that team' has been disqualified.
defintely not becos i think the whole accident was as a result of our ignorance, but rather, feel sorry for the team's effort. anyway, well done girls. let not this affects our team spirit. loveees.

den we went to minitoons to buy something for this special princess.
we saw cj7. and yes. that was what we wanna buy for this special princess.
after minitoons, we went to precious tots...there isnt any new stocks of ty bear.
so we decided to go lovely land to check it out. but before that,
since Isetan was so near..thus, we went there to search for coats..
ok.. didnt find any suitable ones..
den we headed to royal sporting hse and
den Mango for some fashion catchup. alright.
finally we went to 2nd floor of century square. nothing much.
and yeah.up we went to 3rd storey.
got this giftshop. the stuffs there were so ex. nevermind.
den 4th floor. we saw this damn nice samsung hp.
so we entered the quite a few hp shops to take a look at the hp model.
den got this comicshop, din know ml loves reading comics. okok.
heading back to 2rd floor, we went to mountzion, n yeah, some spiritual conversation.
HEHES. jus den, we realise we need to prepare something for our friends!
so we went all the way down to the century's supermarket. din know it was so small,
but before that, we went to montique and somehow we spent a long long time at the go-cart stall outside montique. spent $10 on badges. but is ok. got my name on it!
den we went tm's ntuc. cldnt find the easter's eggs.. so creative ideas flowed in. went to popular instead. hah! oh yah. we went to toysarus too.

hahaas. oh dear.. minglee got to rush off! so we took no bus 3 home..nuts happening in the bus. big secret!

14.18min for 3km, losing to my junior for dunno how many hundreds of seconds.
surprisingly, my 2.6km timing during 3km was 11.28 min..
in another words, 10mins plus for 2.4km. if u get it, my last 400m was like, terrible n vegetable.

cant believe junior steffi can play so well in arcade fighting games. With just a 50 cents, she could play so many rounds, thrashing all the ah bengs. they must be thinking, why this Jc girl so pro at playing..kekekes. also, just realise that qianhui, loves shopping too! every girl loves shopping.. but somehow she shares the same taste as me. we went crazy over the same bag n same brand of slippers. hahahas. looking forward to have a great shopping spree with her.
